Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Further images made public as part of the current congressional release.
